Lifetime Warranty

A lifetime warranty against any manufacturer's defects for the life of the bag.  If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of the colours and materials over extended time and use.  Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

All Shipping to warranty must be pre-paid and insured.  Top of the Range cannot be liable for lost in0bound packages.  all product returns will only be accepted for repair if the product is clean.  Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary
